So true, so true! If you don’t eat right and have a heart attack, it’s all YOUR fault. If you don’t watch your carbs with diabetes, it’s YOUR fault.
I know it is our responsibility to eat right, exercise, rest, etc. but I do get tired of the self blame thing. And I do it to myself!
