Leslie Pitt is a marriage and family therapist whose husband Graham suffered a terrifying sudden cardiac arrest in his sleep while on vacation in Hilton Head Island, North Carolina. Why aren’t you wearing your medical I.D?

In online heart disease community forums out there, it’s not uncommon for this discussion question to pop up:

“Should I be wearing some type of medical I.D. since my cardiac diagnosis?”
